How do I update my credit card information on my account?

To update your credit card information please send us an email with your CODENAME to webmaster@sitemeter.com  .  We will remove the current credit card information on file.  Once we have removed the current credit card information you will receive a confirmation email stating that your previous credit card order was cancelled.  Once you have received this email log into your Site Meter account and then upgrade your Site Meter account again.
