How do I change my codename?

If you need to change your codename on your Site Meter account please include your original CODENAME with your request to webmaster@sitemeter.com  .  Please include a few choices for your new codename and we will change your account for you.  Please keep in mind that by changing your codename, you will need to update the HTML code on your website to include your new information.
